We first pressured washed the walls to remove all loose paint, dust, dirt, and grime and micro-score the wall so that our bonding agent adheres firmly.
Then the next day, we applied a color coat maintenance-free integrated stucco finish and color to the complete hone.
Thus making the walls maintenance-free.
What does that mean? Like a brick, it retains its color forever.
No more painting is necessary for the walls, ever.
Also, like a brick, when rained on or wet, it darkens; when dryer conditions occur, the color resorts to its original color.
This is the magic of being maintenance-free.
