Waterproofing a newly installed sliding glass door

Hi folks, in this video I explain some simple flashing tips using DuPont Straight Flash which I prefer as it’s environmentally friendly, it’s a sound product and works well with all caulking’s such as polyurethane’s, Silicons, Burty’s and acrylics.

Stucco repair with deteriorated wire, Repair the stucco on a wall with deteriorated paper

Stucco repair with deteriorated wire, Repair the stucco on a wall with deteriorated paper.

Howdy guys and gals, in this video I explain Stucco repair with deteriorated wire or no wire available. This means the tie in area where the existing stucco meets new stucco may crack.
There are a number of precautions one can take when there is no existing stucco netting left as time has long since, you guessed it, deteriorated the paper and wire.
deteriorated wire, no stucco wire left, plaster wire deteriorated,
Lath and plaster corner of the stucco wall, lathing information.
One is, double the amount of wire where the transition is and use a bonding agent on the existing surface and in the joint.

I have also seen in my travels of many years, complete garages with no wood, metal stucco wir,e or paper, where the only material holding the garage in place is the stucco.

Next, kick back, relax, and enjoy the video!
Oh yeah, don’t forget to save the world, like and subscribe. It’s not only good karma, but It also makes you feel warm and fuzzy all over.

breaking out stucco tips, lathing information

Howdy folk, in this video Jason, Dan and I use Bosch Bulldogs to breakout stucco before we lath these areas. This electric Bosch Rotary hammer is my choice for this type of work after trying every rotary hammer ever made. Also it’s great for drilling into concrete with the hammer and drill working together with masonry drill bits. No wonder I own four of them.
