Stucco stairs, porches, & rails

Hi, this stairwell was built using steel studs, we had to lath it with tie wire as it was in steel in many areas, Note the drip creed at where the wall meets the concrete stairs. This is the proper way to install the screeds. Of course with stucco you have to blend in old codes to current codes, and throw in cosmetic’s to achieve what’s desirable on each job. And naturally I don’t always use this method.
Thanks for reading and have a nice day!
