Stucco Swirl finish patching, Stucco Matching a Swirl texture.
Match a Swirl finish with stucco, match stucco textures.
Howdy, guys and gals. In this video, I explain and show how small stucco patches are repaired after windows are removed.
After I added the sweep marks, I went back and through some clinkers on the swirls to get the texture a bit closer as the last fellas’ muds were much soupier than what I used.
As long as the end results match, there are lots of application techniques.
Next, kick back, relax, and enjoy the video!

thanks for taking the time to create these videos. here in Palmsprings ca. we have what I think is the greatest variations in stucco finishes. and I gotta tell you that as a handyman your videos are extremely helpful.
Morning Aaron Guy, no worries, thanks for taking the time to say so. Best wishes, kirk giordano Plastering
Amazing. We are in Central Florida and have this finish on our house. It has been gone over for several additions/remodels and does not match all that well. We are thinking of covering it or knocking it down for a simpler texture… Any thoughts on this?
Howdy Jon, easy peasy, find the right plastering contractor and have them do just that.
skim coat right over the current finish, of course there is specialized prep work that is necessary.
Best wishes with your projects,
