Skim coating a cinder block basement entryway, Stucco over cement or cinder blocks walls
Howdy folks, here we show how to plaster a Hanson’s Portland white cement plaster scratch coat and a brown coat over cinder block walls. You can do this same procedure over bricks and concrete as well. We used white cement to give a permanent tan finish to the walls, so the paint was unnecessary. We get a tan color by the sand color.
Hanson white portland cement has the same properties as gray cement, except for color and cost more per bag.
Another key advantage of using white cement for decorative and architectural concrete is providing a neutral tinting base and consistent color results.
