Correct Caulking of a crack in stucco to match a tex-coat

Hi guys, if this video caulk in the morning,I show Appling more-flex for a rough finish. Old Kirk says cracks will be the largest as the stucco wall is cool. If you wait for afternoon or early evening especially on a hot day the walls will expand and you will end up caulking again and again until you realize this fact. Clean the crack, caulk using at Polyurethane then use a putty knife or wet a cloth with de-natured alcohol or thinner and wipe while avoiding pulling the caulk out the crack.
there is also Dap Alex plus 35 year caulking which is a mixture of latex plus silicone that is sooo simple you just clean up with water. I usually use products I believe have the most longevity as a rule. But I have used this product many times with great results. Not to confuse you but there are many more ways, products and reasons for smooth caulking.
