Subcontractor or General Contractor such as Carroll construction

Hello ambitious guys and gals, any of you folks know the difference between a sub subcontractor, “me” or a general contractor “tom Carroll” sub contractors such as myself specialize and are licensed usually in one area, such as myself exterior stucco or interior plastering.
I can also do minor carpentry but am not license for carpentry or any other trade.
Say for Example my pal Tom Carroll of Tom Carroll construction,
he is a general contractor, this means he and his crew can legally do electrical, plumbing, concrete, complete roofs, bathrooms and or kitchens just to name a few trades.
I did this video as many folks ask if I can do other work beside what I am license for, I can but prefer to stick with my trade, Lath, Plaster and exterior cement blasting or stucco.
If you are building a new house and or wish a room addition then you need a qualified fella or gal who is capable and licensed for all the trade skills necessary and needed to complete your project properly,
FYI, many folks are not aware of a general contractor’s worth and try to say for example do their own plumbing and or hire someone they feel is capable, but turns out, unreliable or inexperienced and have to rip it all out, setting a job back sometime six months while creating endless nights off lost sleep with worry.
Do yourself a favor and call the right GC for your needs Tom carroll is is located in Alameda at 1504 Park St, Alameda, CA 94501
Toms business line is Phone:(510) 523-1968
His e-mail is contact@carrollconstructiononline.com
His motto is, “If you can imagine it, we can build it!”
Besides all this information Tom is a really nice guy and a father to two beautiful daughters that fortunately don’t look like him,

Old Kirk says, material knowledge is 70% of being a well rounded plasterer,
The other 30% is application.

Morning Jeff, hopefully so, either way it was sort of boring from what we actually show, life of a big time contractor in the video world or better yet, shit happens, have a groovy day, kirk giordano
