Removing plaster and finding wood or dry rot

Hello everyone, in this video I am explaining what to do if you remove existing plaster or stucco and discover wood rot, what would you do if you found wood rot?
You like me would probably scream “Bollocks, what a drag,” at least me English wife would say this.
But then fix it, here is how to repair the dry rot and stucco.

I really enjoy you guys. I dont ever plan on doing this type of work…and i know enough now that i ciuldnt do it right..I dont have a stucco house but it is sooo obvious that your artists at it and well…like the man said he morally could not do it..aka your.honest…does this make sense..woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't sleep so I decided to watch some you tube and was glade u all had a new one.

I do how ever want to do two things. One is to play with some stucco and do an art thing for out side…at least once. And do a plaster art thing too… for inside. Been wanting to do this for a long long time. Life just keeps happening and getting in the way! Maybe next year..

I want to do the art on fiber cement board so I can mount it on a post(s)…bad idea?

Im moving AGAIN..so I want to be able to take it with me..when I MOVE AGAIN….as I am sure I will after a year or two.

Good evening Sislertx, thank you, I believe anyone can do anything if they set their mind to.
It may not come out  great or be fun at first, but like my dad says "after you get good you'll enjoy doing it," no matter what it is.
Hopefully you get pleasure and a sense of accomplishment in all you try, of course it doesn't hurt to earn a few bucks while you're  at it.
       thanks for the reply.

Thank You Kirk and Jason for another fine video…. you two set the plaster/education/community standards for the Bay Area and beyond….Happy Holidays to The Giordanos…Why you have not been contacted by the home improvement reality TV producers genre is? Your video productions certainly contain content equal to the cable network programs if not more information and your presentations excellent considering that you both are doing the project work and accompanying video….Thank You for the information and inspiration as i continue with my home plastering work which The Giordanos have helped to inspire and inform…

I recently found a corner much like that when I was doing a window replacement job. 2 stories of corner rot. Probably a roof and stucco leaking issue. Job security!

Good evening Chris Callaghan, that is a good way of looking at extra work, it beats feeling bad as I often do when I have to point issues such as this to homeowners.

Cant make wood last 100 years guys..After about 60 years it strats to get hard like rock and falls apart. Idk why you would tie brick to wood unless doing a fence.. whole thing needs to be leveled
Armenians know..they get tear down and build new…very high standards type people. A lot to learn from Armenians…
