Updating home new color coat stucco application, Explanation only
Color Coating vs. Painting Stucco
Jason spent a full day pressure washing the day prior as there was 10 times what we originally showed of staining.
Hi guys and gals, in this video, I am explaining that you can color coat a home to give it a maintenance free finish as opposed to a painted finish which usually requires repainting at least every ten years.
In the long run it’s much wiser to have this color coat applied to the exterior of your home than paint.

I had no problem hearing the full video. Kirk was excellent as always!!
actually, there are plenty of paint solutions that out-perform colored stucco, including but not limited to acrylics, fluoropolymers with feve resins and a few more, plus these products do not chip away like colored stucco does. They move with the building. Colored stucco looks more natural. That is the benefit of it. It has a classic old-world look, but it does not out-perform paint solutions.
Evening Tristan, Contraire mon frère, stucco last hundreds of years, In Europe where it;'s mainly lime, thousands of years.

Kirk and Jason Giordano’s Plastering tips
@Kirk Giordano plastering Inc. Ganz im Gegenteil mein Freund. I am a German Master Painter from the Berufschule fuer Malereibetrieb and what you call stucco in America is quite different from what we do in Europe. So get plastered yourself. We have been making our own lime mineral finishes for years. Hydraulic lime would outlast what you are doing there in the cheap and quick country. Good luck.
Tristan Frohheit so you say you arrogant German. Oops, arrogant German, that is redundant. BTW, didn’t the U.S. kick your ass in WWII??
I watched the Oakland fire up close. Hwy 24 area over by the Claremont Hotel. Certainly unforgettable.
Thank u kirk

Wait a sec, the plaster master lives around me?!?
ive noticed all your videos seem to cut out and miss important parts such as you doing the repairs or in this case you actually doing the color matching. Where is the part of how to color match and apply it???
