how to install a ledger board, explanation

Hello everybody, in this video I am answering a question about the proper way to install a ledger board. Daniel with Red Plumb Studio’s crew happened to install this one. Daniel is a general contractor located in the Berkeley area.
I used his for the explanation as it was done extremely well and beyond code requirements.
