Stucco Litigation and or Arbitration, stucco damage
Hello everybody, this video is just a completion of a litigation project with David owner of Michael Craig construction.
David is located in San Diego, he brought his entire crew to the bay area to open up many walls and repair whatever was damaged with the stucco problems. As David specializes in Stucco Litigation and or Arbitration.
He had his hands full with this stucco damage, many areas had leaking stucco and concrete.
His scope of the work consisted in removing hundreds of feet of stucco problems and concrete walkways on several decks and accessing the damage. Repairing all stucco wood damage which included headers in some areas, while working with many home owners while this nasty work was in progress.
Not a fun position to be in.
He Hired a stucco contractor who happens to be my pal whom I was helping out as we used to work together many years ago.
Most of the our videos is considered residential work however I thought some of you folks might get a better understanding of commercial work in progress and how the majority of stucco problem and or issues start and how to properly repair them.

Evening Mathew, that stuff is something like wheatgrass, apples, pineapple, spinach, pears and a whole bunch of other fresh fruit and vegetables.
Got to keep my girlish figure, and yes I drink it.
Cheers!

What's in that bottle that's in your hand?
Hi Matthew, it's a water bottle that used to have Fiji water, I buy this water buy the case as it's alkaline, very good for us, especially us old dude's.
I then juice all sorts of fresh green vegetables and fruits in my Vitamix blender fill and use the same Fiji bottle and drink throughout the day.
Dude, you asked.
Best wishes,
