Why don't they put the electric box on first then plaster up to it

Morning fix it dude, all electrical panels must have a membrane prior to the installation otherwise water will go through the stucco and rot the wood behind, Cheers, kirk rendering

I know it may be off topic for the video, but I am trying to find a professionals video on caulking bathrooms and I know from your videos you know what you are doing.
I was told that we are not supposed to caulk around a bathtub as it causes black mold and is why there is a "lip" on bathtubs that tucks under the tiles so that it can dry properly without leaking as after only a few years most caulking becomes compromised.. also we are supposed to use wetboard in the bathing areas and not drywall.. Do you have a video on this topic and if not then would you care to make one because out of all of your video's it could prove to be one of the most useful as this is a very common problem of caulking the bottoms of tiles between the tub…

@Kirk Giordano plastering Inc. TY so much for the super speedy reply.
I was always told not too caulk the bottom because when it shrinks it allows water in, but also sealing it prevents any water that gets behind the tile to dry or drain, please check out this picture and read the description of what their contractor told them to see if it is accurate. I am trying to find the building code for Ontario but it is nearly impossible, Ai is useless, would be so much easier to just have someone to call in regulations… it is the 2nd picture as u scroll down..

@Kirk Giordano plastering Inc. Apparently it is strongly advised against using bleach for mold, but the vinegar is great and kills 85% after a 20 minute soak. Same as Hydrogen Peroxide but only 15 minutes soak needed. Repeat to increase 85% to 100% mold elimination, however it is conflicting whether or not peroxide kills the mold.. but it does remove it. Bleach makes it invisible and doesn't get into the core that is sunken into the material.. it is also 80% water so when the bleach evaporates it leaves water encouraging mold growth..
Borax works really well by increasing the PH balance too high for the mold to survive..
Ammonia not only kills the mold but also the Mycotoxins.. however it does not work on porous surfaces like wood, tiles it is excellent..
Alcohol also works great for mold, especially for porous surfaces.. and Cheap Vodka works better than isopropyl alcohol.. It also dries it out..
