Maintenance Free color coat on a chimney, never paint again

Howdy guys and DIY gals, in this video I show step by step How to apply La Habra exterior stucco colors coat on a chimney. After which I apply a color coat maintenance free color finish over the entire chimney. The home owner did a great job sending me a few pictures of the chimney so I could bid it by e-mail.

Hi john. My favorite trowel is my 20X5 inch swimming pool trowel. It simply holds more mud. I also like to use the biggest hawk made. The average plastering trowel is 12X5.
    Have a groovy evening.

Hey ShineTech, this was a really simple project as I have done at least 50 of these, and fortunately the owner took great pictures so I could tell the second coat was not applied properly by the original contractor.
Also my son Jason does press me to go more into detail about the procedure than simple just showing the step by step LA Habra maintenance free color refinishes.
Thank for the compliment and have a groovy day!

It is my understanding one should not PAINT a chimney stack, however, I am wondering if your process of changing the color with the stucco would work on top of an unsightly BRICK chimney? Can this be done or is it too a no no.

Evening Dawn, you can do this which the colors and this stucco color system will last forever, or you can paint stucco, no matter what you read on the internet,

Hi, what are the exact names of both of the tops you are using to apply the morter? Haven't done masonry in a few years and trying to get back into it! Thanks!
