As always, nice work Kirk & Jason. Your explanation of proper applications and techniques was well defined. Have a great evening, Steve
Hello Kirk I did a small job in the Marina District of S.F. just off chestnut .I used Eisenwall Two /coat because I believe those houses originally did not have finish coats, Correct ?? It was hard not using a finish coat but should look good after a paint job What type of sand did they use back then ???

Hi Daniel Mcgee, good question, the sand I usually use is Oly or Felton, if this is not available I can use any sand myself as I can compensate when necessary. Be careful with eisenwall, as it like many other one coat products it can't be mixed more than 3 to 5 minutes. When I say one coat cement plaster, this to me means, back to back coats, not one coat 1 inch thick. Cheers, and have a Fantastic New Year! Kirk Giordano’s DIY plastering tips
