fix bad patches then color coating
Maintenance free color finish, never have to paint again.
Howdy guys and gals, This video shows you how to apply a LA Habra stucco color coat, I was asked to blend in the poor stucco patches around this stucco home and blend them in for a maintenance free color coat finish. We first power washed the home to remove all dirt and molds, then I applied a bonding agent (weld create) over the poor stucco patches, I feathered out the bad patches with a top coat to bring the stucco true and plumb to the existing finish. After these patches had a chance to cure properly, we then applied a color coat maintenance free finish to the entire home.
How to apply a color coat stucco finish. Excellent example of color coat benefits.
Stucco is extremely durable and will outlast Vinyl, wood and brick, which makes it a better alternative to all other sidings. Stucco is great for extreme temperature changes too, such as snow, rain and even blistering heat waves. Stucco is also fire, mold and mildew resistant. Stucco is maintenance free, (if it has a color coat).
Folks save on insulation and insurance cost too (R value, for insulation.)
Plus it never goes out of style, making stucco a great value for your investment over time.
This video provide an excellent example of color coat benefits for bad patchwork.
