Hi, there are four different homes on this page. I will explain just the first home as it was one on the most fun jobs Ive ever worked on. I was contacted by the home owner who sought to have his new stucco home look as if it were built over two hundred years ago. We came up with three colors blended together to create this specific look. I allowed water from my float to rain down on the freshly applied stucco colors to make it seam as if time had eroded the color finish at key points where rain would naturally flow.
I installed grace membranes at all corners and around window and doors prior to the lath, then we did a traditional three coat system with Santa Barbara Mission Finish with a wash to give the appearance of a very old stucco job. The homeowner was immensely happy with the result, as was I!
Thanks For reading and have a great day!
