stucco Lathing a Ledgerboard on a stucco wall and Counter Flashing it with a Drip Screed
Hello folks, in this video I show our process for properly lathing a ledger board. First it must be fitted with a Z flashing, then countered with another larger flashing. After that is in place we place our drip screed on that and paper over it, creating a water tight system.
Then we scratched and browned it using accelerators so we were able to do both coats same day and we finished it with a simple, but elegant float finish.
