I was contacted by the home owner from a referral from Service Magic to correct a failing color coat. Service Magic like the BBB, pre-screens all contractors for the home owner to make certain among other things that they are licensed and all insurance’s are up to date. I am a member of both companies. This color finish was applied less then 7 years ago but looked over 50 years old. There was cracking everywhere and large areas of stucco were coming off sheets. I pressure washed the entire home to remove all loose color finish plus any dirt and moss. Next we applied fiberglass mesh tape over and under all windows and door openings. After the cure time we filled in all patches and finally applied a new color finish over the home. Pictures show my crew and I during the entire procedure. Please note the finished product was not 100 percent dry yet as we just finished.
